This policy explains what information SpinJoy (spinjoywheel.com) handles and why. The short version: you don’t need an account, your wheels stay on your device, and we don’t track you.
Information stored on your device
Your wheels, entries, settings, spin results, and any pictures or sounds you add are saved in your browser’s local storage on your device. This information is not sent to us. You can delete it at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings.
Share links
When you press Share, the wheel’s title and entries are packed into the link itself. Anyone who has the link can see those entries. Share links are not stored on our servers. Pictures are never included in share links.
Contact form
If you send us a message, we receive your name, email address, topic and message. Our hosting provider, Netlify, stores form submissions so they can be delivered to us. We use this information only to read and reply to your message, and we delete it when it’s no longer needed.
Hosting and technical data
SpinJoy is hosted by Netlify. Like most websites, its servers may record technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This is used to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Fonts
SpinJoy loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. To do this, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address. Google describes how it handles this data in its privacy policy.
Cookies, analytics and ads
SpinJoy does not set cookies and does not use analytics, tracking or advertising at this time. If that changes, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
Children
SpinJoy is suitable for all ages and doesn’t require any personal information to use. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through the contact form, contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices
You can clear your saved wheels at any time from your browser settings. To ask about, correct or delete a message you sent us, use the contact form.
Changes to this policy
If we change how SpinJoy handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
