What SpinJoy is
SpinJoy is a collection of free online spinning wheels and random pickers. Teachers use it to call on students, streamers and shops use it to draw giveaway winners, friends use it to settle where to eat, and families use it for game night.
What we care about
- Free and simple. Every tool is free to use with no account and no sign-up. Open a page and start spinning.
- Fair. Winners are drawn with your browser’s cryptographic random number generator. Every slice wins in proportion to its size, and the animation simply lands on the chosen slice.
- Private. Your wheels, settings, results and pictures are saved in your own browser. They aren’t uploaded to us.
- Works everywhere. SpinJoy runs on phones, tablets, laptops and classroom screens, in any modern browser.
Our tools
There are wheels for names, numbers, letters, dates, colors, countries, US states, sports teams and your own pictures, plus a team generator, a flag quiz, a truth or dare wheel and a giveaway comment picker. See them all on the tools page.
Credits
SpinJoy uses the Fredoka and Nunito typefaces from Google Fonts, and country flags from the open-source flag-icons project (MIT license).
